Opening the new 2017 collection is the Jiji armchair designed by Piero Lissoni, the company art director. A perfect combination of elegance and functionality, tradition and modernity, Jiji has a graceful, sinuous form. The simple structure made from natural ash or stained heat-treated ash frames the soft padded seat and seatback. Special attention has been paid to comfort: from the deep, inviting seat to the curved, embracing back which, creating a single line with the arms, supports the body. The version with a straw seatback has an artisanal feel, highlighting its light, cool and slightly conceited character.
